HOW MUCH PRODUCT DO I USE? A few gentle glides across your neck, jawline & chest is sufficient. The concentrated formula means a little goes a long way - one stick should last 2-3 months with daily use.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE NECK STICK? Use twice daily - morning and evening - for best results. The gentle formula is safe for daily use and the more consistently you use it, the better your results will be.

CAN I USE THIS WITH MY RETINOL OR VITAMIN C? Yes, this neck stick is compatible with all your existing skincare actives including retinol, vitamin C, and AHAs/BHAs. Use it after your serums but before your final moisturiser step.

CAN I USE THIS ON SENSITIVE SKIN? This formula is mild but we always recommend patch testing before first use. The Bio-Active Ceramides actually help strengthen and protect your skin barrier, making it more resilient over time.

HOW DOES THE BIO-ACTIVE CERAMIDE NECK STICK WORK? The Bio-Active Ceramide Neck Stick works in three ways. Bio-Active Ceramide NP strengthens and repairs the skin barrier, smoothing the appearance of neck lines and crepey texture. CO₂llageneer® supports elasticity to help firm and define the neckline, reducing the visible appearance of neck wrinkles. Gatuline® In-Tense MB targets loss of firmness and softens the appearance of lines. The gua sha-inspired stick shape also provides gentle sculpting action on application, supporting a lifted, more defined neckline immediately.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS? You'll notice immediate smoothing and hydration from day one. Visible improvements in firmness and line reduction typically appear after 2-4 weeks of consistent use, with continued improvement over time.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP OVER THIS? Yes, the lightweight formula is makeup and SPF-friendly. Allow it to absorb for 30-60 seconds before applying your next skincare step or makeup.
