HOW DO YOU USE A CLEANSING BALM PROPERLY? Apply the oat cleansing balm to dry skin using clean, dry hands. Massage gently for 30-60 seconds until makeup dissolves completely. Add warm water to emulsify the balm into a milky texture, then rinse thoroughly.

CAN YOU USE CLEANSING BALM EVERY DAY? Absolutely. This gentle oat cleansing balm is safe for daily use, morning and evening. The nourishing formula with oat kernel oil actually improves your skin barrier over time, making it ideal for consistent use. Many people use it as their primary makeup remover and first step in double cleansing routines.

CAN I USE THIS IN A DOUBLE CLEANSE? Yes. Oat Cleansing Balm goes first—it's oil-based and melts away SPF and makeup. Follow with a gel or water-based such as Fulvic Acid Cleanser, Milk Cleanser or Salicylic Acid Cleanser to remove any leftover residue.

DO I NEED TO DOUBLE CLEANSE WITH A CLEANSING BALM? No. However, while our oat cleansing balm effectively removes makeup and SPF on its own, double cleansing provides the most thorough results. Use the cleansing balm first to dissolve makeup and impurities, then follow with a water-based cleanser to remove any remaining residue. This method is especially beneficial for those wearing heavy makeup, SPF, or living in polluted environments.

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? Yes, this oat makeup remover balm is specifically formulated for sensitive skin. The gentle oat kernel oil formula dissolves buildup without over-stripping, which can trigger excess oil production. CAN THIS BE USED IF I HAVE ROSACEA OR ECZEMA? It can help, but always patch test first. Apply to your inner arm and wait 24–48 hours to check for a reaction.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLEANSING BALM AND MAKEUP REMOVER? Traditional makeup removers can be harsh and stripping, while our cleansing balm removes makeup and SPF while nourishing your skin. The oat kernel oil formula dissolves waterproof makeup just as effectively as conventional removers, but with added ceramides and omega fatty acids that support skin health instead of compromising it.

MY BALM IS TOO HARD TO SQUEEZE – WHAT DO I DO? It’s normal. This formula reacts to temperature. If it’s too solid, run the tube under warm water for 30–60 seconds to soften it.

MY BALM IS TOO RUNNY – IS THAT OKAY? Yes. Balms can soften in warmer temps. Shake it well before use. If it’s still too liquid, pop it in the fridge for 15–30 minutes and store it in a cool place.
